VE Day 80

On 8th May, we joined the nation in celebrating the 80th anniversay of VE Day. We stepped back in time to the 1940s and thought about how poeple must have felt knowing that WW2 was over. We know that people were protected in our school cellars during the war as they were used as air raid shelters. Imagine the celebrations that went on in our school hall in 1945!
